Madison Miller brings to Mae Philanthropies a background in corporate philanthropy, grantmaking, and social impact strategy. She uses a data-driven, collaborative approach to help strengthen partner organizations and advance meaningful community outcomes. Throughout her career – spanning nonprofit development to corporate social responsibility program design – Madison has built a reputation for thoughtful partnership and mission-driven decision making.

Prior to joining Mae, Madison led philanthropic programs at The Wonderful Company, where she managed multimillion-dollar giving portfolios, stewarded community partnerships, and expanded high-engagement volunteer initiatives across a workforce of 7,000 employees. She also oversaw community grantmaking across California’s Central Valley, working with grassroots organizations and local leaders to fund programs in education, health, and youth development.

Madison consistently focuses on supporting equitable, effective, and data-informed philanthropy. She has maintained that focus in designing grantmaking frameworks, developing impact measurement tools, and helping organizations scale programs that improve health, education, and community resilience, while making data-driven decisions and always centering the voices and expertise of those closest to the work.

Madison holds an MSW from Columbia University and a BA in Media Studies from Emerson College.
