Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Laura leverages her broad expertise in governance, business operations, and compliance to drive initiatives in support of positive, sustainable change. Her collaborative spirit, rich experience, and creative lens inform her approach to novel challenges and enable partners to bridge the divide between possibility and action.

Laura has dedicated her career to guiding organizations on their growth journeys. Prior to Mae, Laura served as the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility for a publicly-traded technology company, leading the formation and operation of the company’s private foundation. There, she also developed and implemented highly successful corporate social responsibility initiatives, uniting employees across the globe to support charitable and social causes. Her service as an outside advisor to numerous nonprofits in health, education, legal aid, and the arts, earned her early recognition for her commitment to philanthropy.

Outside of Mae, Laura dedicates much of her time to volunteer work around the East Bay, where she actively supports organizations and projects that promote community and health, including in education, sustainability, and the arts.

Laura holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in English, cum laude, from Santa Clara University.
