At Mae, Jennifer brings a researcher's curiosity and a collaborative instinct to her role as Research Analyst, where she works closely with grantees to harness and strengthen data-driven practices. Through a unique partnership model, Jennifer supports evidence-based advancements across Mae’s initiatives, and within Pawsitive Impact specifically.

A dedicated advocate for trauma-informed systems response, Jennifer has a deep interest in vicarious trauma and how organizations can effectively recognize and address its impact on their teams and culture. Outside of her professional work, Jennifer extends her commitment through support of animal-assisted interventions across a range of settings, including children's hospitals and first responder communities. She is an avid traveler, lifelong learner, and deeply invested in supporting communities in healing and creating space for all members to thrive.

Jennifer holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MPH from Michigan State University, and a PhD in Epidemiology and Behavioral Health Sciences from UT Health Science Center at Houston.
