Throughout her career as a trusted executive and advisor to some of the most influential companies in Silicon Valley and beyond, Barb has built a reputation as a principled decision-maker and bold thinker, consistently prioritizing integrity, stakeholder accountability, and the long-term public interest. In each of her roles, she continually focused beyond commercial outcomes—championing initiatives with global social impact—including while leading strategic and impact investments at Intel Capital, navigating transformative acquisitions for companies including WhatsApp and TikTok, and establishing and guiding corporate charitable foundations.
A passionate advocate for animal welfare and disability rights, Barb currently serves on the board of directors of Muttville Senior Dog Rescue and the advisory board of Disability Rights Advocates. Her advocacy is not only personal—it’s strategic, grounded in academic research, and legal and policy expertise that amplifies impact at scale.
Barb holds a BA in Philosophy, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
